Time Management Strategies for Entrepreneurs

Restrict your communications to essential people only. Don't do perfectionism - there is no such thing as perfection only levels of imperfection - so strive for excellence instead! Develop an operations manual/ procedures manual to save time on repetitive tasks. This also saves time if you are sick so that your staff can follow without you. Leverage - What's the least amount you need to do to get extra-ordinary results? Program into your day thinking, resting and reading time. Back up your computer regularly. A failed hard drive can cause major disruptions to your business! Create a hierarchy of your goals and use them whilst reflecting on your lists each month, week etc. Be present to the task at hand. Keep milestones to check your progress. Work longer hours early in the week -by the end of the week it will become easier, you will have more energy for the weekend as well as spare time it will also help you recharge for the beginning of the following week. At the end of each week ask yourself "What can I do to improve for next week?" Build flexibility into your daily and weekly schedule to allow for surprises or anything that need to be dealt with quickly.
